You do not have the hours. Here is what one session yields.
The honest number of hours a week, the format you would actually make, and what that produces alone against one filmed session a month.
The hours you honestly have
Not the hours you would like to have. The number is for you.
Alone, a month

8.7 clinic hours
With the system, a month

12 Reels, 4 carousels, about 82 minutes of approval
At 2 hours a week you publish about 3 pieces a month. The practice down the road on the system publishes 41. Yours cost you 8.7 clinic hours. Theirs cost a fraction of an agency.
You approve every script. Nothing posts without you.
Where the time goes.
Benchmark hours per finished piece when one person scripts, records, edits, captions and schedules it. Video 2.5, carousel 1.5, written 1. The filming is the short part.
- 20minutes filmingPer piece, alone. The part everyone budgets for.
- 45minutes scriptingDeciding what to say and how to open. The part nobody budgets for.
- 60minutes editingCuts, captions, a cover frame. Where most solo cadences die.
- 25minutes schedulingUploads, captions again, hashtags, the calendar.
What the clone does, and what it does not.
It scripts from the questions your patients ask, in the way you answered them on camera. It edits, captions and schedules. It posts in your voice and on your channels. It does all of that from one session a month.
It does not decide what you think. Every script is approved by you, about two minutes each, before it goes anywhere. It does not touch a patient record. It does not run ads. It is disclosed as AI wherever it appears, because the answers are still yours.

Approval, in practice.
The calendar arrives about a week after the session. Forty-one scripts, each a few lines, each marked with the question it answers. You read them on your phone between patients. Approve, edit a phrase, or strike one. The rest of the month runs on what you approved.
This is the habit we borrowed from Skiprr, our own product for agencies: a human gate before anything spends a credit or reaches a feed. It costs you about an hour a month and it is the reason the content never says something you would not.
