wallai.org is published by WallAI LLC. The calculators are structured self-assessments and worked examples, not measurements of your practice or forecasts of any outcome. They are only as good as the figures you type. Sample videos are demonstrations built with stock presenters and are not clients or testimonials.

Software, site and integration work begins with a short paid discovery that ends in a written brief and a fixed price. The price changes only if the written scope changes, and any change is priced in writing before it is built. A month of support after launch is included in every build price.

At launch you own the code, the repository, the domain, the hosting accounts and every asset we produced for you. We keep the right to describe the work in general terms and to name you as a client only with your written permission.

The content system is billed monthly with no fixed term. Either side may end it at the end of any month. The one-time studio session is billed once. When the system ends you keep the clone files, the published library, your site and your list; the only thing that stops is the next calendar.

Every script is approved by you before it is published. You are filmed once and the clone produces from that session for as long as the fee is paid. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you approve and for compliance with the rules that apply to your profession and your jurisdiction; we provide guidance, not legal advice. Nothing in the system may carry patient information.

We do not promise rankings, patient counts, follower counts or revenue. You do not promise us exclusivity. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it in the preceding three months.
