Scroll-scrubbed cinematic heroes
A generated clip decoded into webp frames and played frame by frame against scroll position on canvas, giving film-grade motion with none of a video element's control problems.
Real motion choreography
GSAP and Lenis, with a hard performance budget: no pinned triggers, transform and opacity only, and a measured frame-time gate before anything ships.
